Cypress Outfit Update + New Reighli Design? (Noodity)

Hey guys! Hope everyone has been having a great Week! just wanted to apologize of the bit of a gap in content. I ended up straining some of the muscles in my neck/trapezius, so things have been a bit slower over the last few days because of that. It's recovering, but giving it the time to rest, has been the best course of action from experience 😂

Now for the art!

So we got an update on Cypress's wardrobe... finally. I think working on the battle piece and the few other pieces as of late, and giving him the green loincloth has made me realize that I actually really like the look on him. plus it contrasts nicely with the burgundies in his wrist wraps. Plus, greens are often associated with nature, which works well with his backstory of being raised by wood elves and his given name, Cypress. I do think I still wanna add a neck bandana, but we'll see 😌👍

As for Reighli, for some time now I think I've been a bit discontent with some of his design elements for some time now, but I've only maintained his appearance for sake of continuity. But after making Brandr, I do enjoy some of the features there more and I think would work well with both of my main story dragon charcters (Reighli and Tyson). So, I will be updating their looks a bit to fit with my more up to date tastes in design. I also want to lean more into certain design elements to really form a sort of... dragon design language.

So for example with Reighli it's adding the darker scleras, more jagged horns, thicker tail and adding scales. Tyson already holds those features and I like them. I want there to be a more noticebale similarity between the two of them though, since the are basically from the same race. (Tyson just has wings)

I have a rough sketch for the blueberry dergen already, but it still needs some tweaking. I still want him to be recognizable though, so the changes won't be too drastic. (the current red stripes are just placeholders for now, but I'll be changing them later) 😂

(Also sorry, but the blue mouth is definitely inspired from BG3. I just think it was such a cool element, so I'm adding it to my dragons) 😆
