One More Commission Slot Opening!

Also based on some of the answers, there seemed to be a few misunderstandings in the second last question of the form, (about the refs and pose) so I made a slight edit to the second last question (with help from my bud Derpydrake) just to make it more clear. Hey guys! Hope everyone's had a great Weekend!
So as the title says, I'm gonna open for one more slot before I go public with these. Same format as before and same price. (I'm just reopening the same form as before) All of the entries from last time are still valid, though you can resubmit again if you want. I'll leave that up to the individual though π
But I'll leave the form open again for another 2-3 days, in case anyone else who wished to submit a form will be able to do so.
