Its between:
Good Dog 2: Casey is working from home trying to hit a deadline leaving louie unplayed with a needy in her office. Naturally this leads to an impromptu 'training' session...
and
What Comes Next: Callie plays around with edging olive after coming home from their dinner date pent up and horny. Callie is prepared to use her magic to stop Olive from cumming if she cant control herself while being teased.

I'm sorry I didn't receive any reply notifications, likely because I'm just a reply myself. i meant putting it in as a picture, either before or after an episode, or preferably, as an episode on its own, where everyone gets the notification, everyone sees it, it's not scroll pastable like the authors note or you leaving a comment. yes some will still be upset, that's on them. but there are likely a lot more who like me, will understand with your back lore explination and feel way better about it all. we don't have the same inside look to the characters and it's hard to put peices together. the way you laid it out above makes it all an amazing dynamic for them, rather then without that knowledge it coming across.... not fun. people read your comics for a reason, if they had no faith in you they wouldn't be sticking through the arc, they would have bailed. but their still around hoping, so setting it straight might just be the bit alot of them need to love the in depth relation you've built here. suck to have to do I suppose but u think it'd be worth it, I for one was insanely happy to stumble into that explination as it gave me a huge relief and insane appreciation for the dynamics you create ❤️

2024-11-25 06:02:01 +0000 UTCI completely understand your fear and see how it could maybe make things worse with how people can be but this explanation you provided could possibly help people get a better understanding of the situation so I think that person meant like put the explanation in the creator comment but is that what I’m thinking of where right after you finish the chapter and it says creator with the profile pic and authors name that you can add your own comment/note if so then it’s completely up to you if you want to do that or make a new chapter that just has the full explanation like how you did with your injury and maybe turn the comments off if that would make you feel better.

I feel like theres nothing I can say that will smooth this over in these peoples minds because theyve been made up and anything that isnt supporting their own version of the narrative will be an attempt at erasing their personal feelings. I personally do not read the webtoon comments and havent for many years but I have had people contacting me on social media and i obviously had to deal with the mass reporting of my episodes (that webtoon reinstated with no changes needed). When you say put a part of the explanation in a post what do you mean? Like the creator comment?? or what?

2024-11-24 22:30:30 +0000 UTCI think maybe some of this explination on webtoons would be very helpful. as someone who also saw it as Callie holding out to make it a game for herself, this makes it all feel alot clearer, especially the "she knows olive wouldn't even telling her it's okay so she teased her into feeling it". Im sure it sucks when the audience doesn't read the situation correctly and especially to view it so negatively, but i feel like this explination thrown in a post (like an episode not the webtoon story thing, so EVERYONE sees it) would be massively helpful

Callie knows that no amount of telling olive its okay will convince her. So after mild teasing olive finally hits her breaking point and demands to suck callies blood. Callie takes her to the bathroom because she knows that olive would be majorly embarrassed if she was drinking callies blood over the table. Like ??? the most uncharitable read is callie is selfish and just using olive but in actuality its a mix, she is acting with olive's best interests in mind as well as her own. Yes she benefits from the situation, its turns her on, but its also exactly what olive needs.

Olive didnt want callie to suck her blood at the start of the date not because she doesnt like sucking callies blood, but because she was afraid of making the date to be all about her and she feels guilty that shes showing up like this. Callie obviously does not find it selfish of Olive. Olive has a idealized version of a date that simply cannot happen because she showed up to the date on the cusp of bloodlust. Even just the word blood being said or a simple touch of the hand sends her into a loop of barely being able to contain herself. Thats NOT a good date for anyone involved. Callie and Olives core conflict is Callie is honest and free with her sexuality but is romantically actually quite caged and fearful of commitment. Olive is the exact opposite, romantically her heart is on her sleeve and she is fully committed to callie but is still fearful of expressing her actual desires. Olive is straight up saying clear headed after drinking callies blood " I want to go back to one of our places and have sex" and callie is saying hell yeah. In what universe is that non con??? Also at this point in the story they have canonically had sex before, multiple times. Is it non con if me and my wife have been out drinking at a bar and shes had a little too much to drink and i ask her to drink some water and she says she doesnt want to but i bargain with her and make her drink some anyway?????? like im not here to say no dont be triggered or uncomfortable by olive and callies relationship, there is obvious conflict in their realationship by design. If you dont feel comfortable buying the olive plushie then dont!

As a trans woman, it's been really uncomfortable watching one of the only good trans rep characters I've seen be taken advantage of and it being played off as sweet and sexy :( I've been waiting for the trans pride plush since it was mentioned, but now I'm having a hard time feeling comfortable buying it. And I'm not at all against kink, I'm very for it actually, but consensual noncon needs to be like, set up beforehand. And the bloodlust was shown to be something that really affects Olive's decision making :( It's been making a lot of us uncomfortable
