Coordinated assault on Arion by Runt and a gang of kobolds, with the kobolds going down Arion's pants to keep him distracted, while Runt fastened a power crystal to the dragon's mouth before proceeding to start channel energy directly into him.
Resulting in muscles and other assets starting to rapidly expand.
