Pixiv規約改定対応｜About Pixiv GuideLine Change

(https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=8788)より、BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能など決済を伴う取引に、下記を含むコンテンツや商品の取引が禁止されております。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為。

と、PIXIVにより昨日発表しました。規約の解釈によって（主に児童の定義範囲）はこちらで扱っている作品が引っかかるリスクがありますので、予め以下の対応をさせていただきます：

１、これまでの作品について

12月15日以後運営のさじ加減で削除される可能性がありますので、月末までにダウンロードして保存することをおすすめします。

２、これからの投稿について

Fantiaを開きました(https://fantia.jp/fanclubs/478306)。（バックアップとして）次のEpからは両方に投稿します。

来月からの支援者様はFanboxでも大丈夫です。（万が一だめになった場合は個別対応します）

Discordを作りました(https://discord.gg/jCumMHJm68)。インフォメーションフォームまたは雑談などに使ってください。（特別な何がもあるかもしれません（未定））

From (https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=8788), transactions of contents and products containing the following are prohibited for transactions involving payment, such as BOOTH, pixivFANBOX and pixiv request function.

Child pornography or child abuse

Incest

Bestiality

Rape (sexual acts without consent)

Illegal mutilation of the person or body　

and other acts against public order and morals.

The above was announced yesterday by PIXIV. Depending on the interpretation of the terms and conditions(mainly the definition of child), there is a risk that works handled here may be affected, so I will take the following measures in advance:

1, About previous works

I recommend that you download and save them before the end of the month, as they may be deleted at the discretion of the PIXIV management after 15 December.

2, About future posts

I have opened Fantia (https://fantia.jp/fanclubs/478306).(As a backup) From the next Ep I will post on both.

根据(https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=8788)，昨天PIXIV宣布，包含以下内容和产品的交易，禁止涉及支付的交易，如BOOTH、pixivFANBOX和pixiv约稿功能。

儿童色情制品或虐待儿童

近亲

兽交

强奸（未经双方合意的性行为）

非法切断人身或身体的行为　

和其他违反公共秩序和道德的行为。

根据对条款解释不同，这里的作品存在一定的下架风险（主要是对儿童的定义），所以提前采取以下措施：

1、关于既往作品

建议在月底前下载并保存，在12月15日之后，有随Pixiv运营的判断被删除的风险。

2、关于未来的投稿
