【重要なお知らせ】一部の作品に関する規制について / [Important Notice] Regulations on depictions of violence

すでにご存知の方もいると思いますが、pixiv関連サービスの規約が変わりました。

このことにより、以下の内容に該当するイラストレーションなどについては、12/15以降、公開・閲覧を一部制限することといたします。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断

本内容は、あくまでも商取引、すなわち「支援プラン」に該当するものと考えられますが、すでに公開済みのものに関しても、該当するものは12/15を目処に一度公開を見合わせ、規約に準じ、作品内容の修正、公開方法の変更などの対応を行います。

なお、一部漫画作品においては、作品の主題およびストーリー上では必要不可欠な表現と考えるものもあるため、表現としての妥当性が客観的にも理解できるよう、適切な文脈を提示するなど配慮をし、公開を行っていけるようにしたいと考えております。
