The Buffet Incident Part 4

One plate down. The bellies are still pretty smol here, but worry not, they shall get larger.

--------------------------------------------------------

In no time at all, Adie and Lynne's plates were empty. The two slumped back in their seats. Adie let out a sigh of joy, "I haven't had that much food in a while," she said. "Holy shit Adie, I don't know that I've had that much food in one sitting ever," Lynne replied.

While Adie had a look of contentedness on her face, Lynne's look was a little more pained. She cautiously rubbed her stomach which, while usually soft and at least a little bit doughy (much to her dismay, as she very much wanted to be as thin as Adie), currently felt more like a properly inflated volleyball. The caution in her caressing was necessary, due to her feeling as though she might explode if she tried to fit any more in there.

Adie rubbed her midsection as well. My ex would lose it if he could see me like this, she thought, gently massaging her bloated lump of a belly. Simply from not having someone push her to overeat, Adie had lost about 20lbs since Freshmen year when she broke up with her boyfriend from high school. It was never that she went hungry, as she always remembered to have all her meals for the day, but there had really just been no reason to stuff herself full every meal anymore. Her body's metabolism had gotten so used to being filled to the brim all the time throughout high school that the change to normal, single portion meals resulted in her losing weight.

Every pound that Adie lost, however, Lynne seemed to find. The two had been rooming together since the start of the school year, but while Lynne had gained about 10lbs over the course of the whole year as a Freshmen, she had already put on another 10lbs as a Sophmore and there were still a few months left before Summer. She had been following Adie's lead on meals (due to her seemingly genius level insight on what flavors blended together best), which Adie's stomach could metabolize like a champ, but Lynne's confidence in being able to match how much Adie ate had been taking its toll on her waistline.
