You're pushing something off right now, you have to stop doing that because either way you are going to have to face it in the end and boy is it going to be pronounced. Ask yourself what that is, maybe it's multiple things that you need to address and let go from your life. Then ask yourself why it is so hard for you to let go of that thing / action /emotion or person. You might like to try a burning bowl ritual when you are finally ready to fully release that energy!

Spirit is calling for you to let your guard down a little more and listen to them!
