I have been really loving these recipe blogposts recently so if you have any requests please leave them in the comments and I can see what I can cook up! 🥣 I am going to list a TON of herbs that are bomb in this mix just to try and make this accessible to throw together from "basic" cooking herbs!
For this healing bath you'll need: ( Remember you can add and take away any herbs that don't resonate with you for ones that are a perfect fit!)
Rose, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Juniper berries, Lavender, Basil, Bay leaves, Thyme, Chamomile,
I personally like to add all my herbs for baths like this into a bowl with epsom salt to elevate my ritual baths. What I typically do is gather all of my items together, cleanse them all and myself then place everything onto my altar and cast my circle. From there I will activate and add my epsom salt into the bowl and do the same with every one of my herbs. If you have a chant or prayer you'd like to include I would do that as you are mixing the final result together with your hands. As you are stirring everything together make sure to keep your intention very strong and pour your energy into this!
Grab a tea bag, strainer, or something to cover and strain the herbs from your drain, add your mixture to your bathtub and relax! I hope you guys try this recipe out and like it! If you do and switch it up let me know what you added!!!
