Good morning moon babes! Happy Sunday!

I have been really trying to focus on self-care and inner beauty work recently, and today I wanted to make myself a tea blend to sip on while soaking in a self-love bath.

This tea is inspired by things I currently have in my fridge so please feel free to replace things as you see fit!

Inner Beauty Tea Recipe

-Jasmine flower

-Honey

-Rose Water

-Lavender

-Cinnamon

-Rose Petals

-Coconut Milk

So for this tea, I am going to cleanse and enchant a rose quartz crystal, rainbow moonstone, and carnelian crystal to sit around my teacup on the rim of my plate. Cleanse all my herbs, tools, my cup, and start brewing my water. I like to add a drop of moon water to my pot as it boils ( Only if you have clean filtered moon water! )

This is a blend I plan on making in a big batch and storing in a mason jar on my altar so I can make a cup of this beautiful blend anytime I feel like it this week. As I am adding the herbs into the mason jar I am going to activate each herb for a personal inner beauty purpose, this can change for every person making this tea. Truly ask the herbs for certain attributes.

I like to put some of the honey on my lips before speaking my enchantments into my cup, then more honey inside my actual tea. This keeps my words and intentions sweet as I move on through my week.

After my tea is ready I like to serve a cup to my ancestors, or any goddess I want to devote this act to and grab a journal to write as I drink.
