Good afternoon moon babes! Blessed November, for this month (for the tiers that got shipped items) I revolved the items around the herb Horsetail and what it can offer us spiritually and medicinally. The Cologne was one for resilience and persistence so the spell I will share at the end will align with that as well so you guys can utilize the items in that spell.

I adore working with one herb at a time often, it connects me deeper with the spirit of the herb, allows me to learn different lesions, its energy, and how overall it can help me in my workings and how it will interact with other herbs in workings. For this I normally spend a month ish with each herb (will do spells with other herbs as well) but this month Horsetail was kind of screaming at me to dive deeper.

Medicinal Attributes of Horsetail(Equisetum arvense)

Horsetail and using it spiritually and medicinally goes far far back, its known and renowned for its strengthening properties for hair, nails, and even bones.

• Diuretic & Kidney Support: 

• Wound Healing: Historically- infused into salves to help with minor scrapes or skin strengthening. This could be nice to make a salve and leave it on your altar to charge up before use (if doctor allows it)

• Anti-Inflammatory: Used in folk remedies to soothe swelling or irritation.

• Hair rinses and scalp oils for growth and strength, this has felt NICEEE.

• Oil Infusions or tinctures for tissue repair during massages

• Teas for urinary health (always use with doctors guidance and not for long-term use)

Safety-

Horsetail should not be ingested long-term without professional guidance or speaking to a doctor, overall do not try or use new herbs internally without a doctors okay - It is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if dehydrated or on diuretics.

External use is generally considered gentler and widely used in spiritual practices.

One Herb Spell For Resilience and Persistence (Use TheOil Or Herb Given If You Have)

Things Needed:

-Purple candle, white candle, or a yellow candle (pick any)

-Oil or cologne sent with this months package and if you do not have it find horsetail herb and a protection oil from your collection.

-Tool to etch your candle with

-Fireproof dish

Etch your name into the candle and dress it with the oil, 3 sprays of the cologne, or if you have the loose herb dress the candle in protection oil and a bit of the loose herb. Then as you light it pray the spell below.
