As mentioned in the previous interview, we had four BGM composed for this project.
Mr. SHINKAI composed the wonderful music for SH, Mr. Biao wrote the lyrics, and Mr. SAKAMOTO joined us as a new idol music producer.
We carefully discussed the image of this work and the direction of the composition and lyrics, and exchanged opinions more than ever before.

↑upSounds like a very expensive microphone...
We have just received an interview with Mr. SHINKAI and Mr. SAKAMOTO, so we would like to introduce them here.
If you haven't heard the background music yet...! If you haven't heard the BGM yet, please check out the rough BGM in today's article on Emerald Plan.

[What was the most difficult part of the entire songwriting process? ]
I can come up with an idea for a song right away, but it is very difficult to make adjustments after that.
It always takes a long time.
If I were to get too graphic, I'd say the schedule with the singer (laughs).
Once the song is sung and the atmosphere of the song is established, I add or subtract further arrangements, so I brush up on the songs until the very last minute.
[What I pay attention to in each song]
I start composing from the melody of the song, so I try to arrange the instruments to go along with the melody, and also brush up until the very last minute!
The first song was referred to as "like a band" (lol), but I'm good at that, so I gave it a 3-piece band feel.
The second song has an idol's energetic atmosphere that makes you feel a sense of accomplishment when you finish listening to it.
The third song is a new but nostalgic and cute song.
I imagine Einomaru playing an instrument and singing in my mind.
[Favorite part of each song]
I think you can hear Einomaru's inner voice that she usually doesn't talk about.
The second song is a very special one. After singing or listening to the song, you can feel a sense of accomplishment from the guitar solo after the chorus.
The third song was an image of an old song sung by an idol (this was an image I created on my own lol).
I think it shows off the cute character well, so please listen to it carefully, it will make you fainting in agony!
[What was the most difficult part of the entire songwriting process?]
In the beginning, I naturally had an image of a dark tune for the game situation, and it was difficult to adjust the image to a bright song.
However, once the image was fixed, we were able to begin production smoothly.
[What was the main point of each song?]
Since it is an idol song, we tried to make it cheerful and energetic. I was conscious of the following points in the production. Especially in the chorus, synths were used in unison with the melody to create a sense of excitement.
In the lyrics, I tried to incorporate many elements of the game, and I also included aggressive expressions in pursuit of originality.
I had never written lyrics this aggressive before, so it was a very enjoyable experience.
[Favorite part of each song]
I like the chorus the best. Usually when I write songs, I try to make the melody catchy and easy to sing for anyone to listen to, and I think I was able to create this song in a way that was close to my ideal.
I also like the lyrics, which at first glance seem a bit harsh in contrast to the bright tone of the song.
I think the song is more enjoyable if you pay attention to the lyrics, so if you are going to play it, I hope you will pay attention to it and listen to it.
