2020-11-03 14:07:36 +0000 UTCKakashi was also at jonin lvl at this age. Sasuke is still only a genin so it makes sense he is able to use it a couple more times. Kakashi is just quite a bit stronger then Sasuke at the same age range. Susuke isn't really very strong compared to Itachi as well at this age. To be fair after everyone died there was no one to help train Sasuke to.
