Livestream preference....?

For now.. I can only really commit to a regular livestream in the evenings - (I'll do a separate update and poll if and when this changes - and incorporate a daytime option)
So - in order to be able to make it a regular date (which I think will be better for people?) - 10:30PM (GMT) but which day suits you best?
