Extreme Implant Makeover

The producers of Extreme Makeover had seen ratings steadily declining over the past few seasons. Viewers had become desensitized to the usual heart-wrenching backstories and predictable reveals of conventional plastic surgeries. They needed something shocking and excessive to revive interest in the show. 

When Amy applied to be on Extreme Makeover, she thought it would be to fix her deviated septum or uneven smile. She had no idea the twist the producers had in store for her. Amy was thrilled to be selected, dreaming of the usual makeover fare - a nose job, teeth whitening and botox. She was stunned when the producer called to tell her the procedure they had planned.

"Breast implants?" Amy asked in disbelief. She was flat-chested and rarely thought about her bust size.

"Not just any implants," the producer said slyly. "We want to give you the biggest implants we've ever done on the show. We'll start with 800cc, and if that goes well, we may go even bigger with a second surgery."

Amy's mind reeled. 800cc implants would make her bustline explode overnight. But the opportunity was too exciting to pass up. She agreed, and the producer enthusiastically scheduled her operation. 

Amy was nervous but excited as she was prepped for surgery. Her petite frame wasn't suited for such huge implants, but the show's surgeon, Dr. Stevens, assured her that with proper skin expansion and a multi-stage procedure they could achieve an extreme but still attractive result.

As Amy drifted off under the anesthesia, Dr. Stevens made the first incision down the center crease of each breast. He worked slowly and carefully, stretching each pocket to the maximum limit. Even so, he struggled to fit the 800cc implants through the opening. It was like cramming oversized furniture through a narrow door. 

Amy awoke a few hours later feeling tightness and pressure on her chest. Her breasts were swollen mounds sitting high and round over her ribs. She gasped at their sheer size and firmness - they were like rock-hard melons fused to her body. The skin was pulled taut, still adjusting to this massive interloper. 

Dr. Stevens grinned at Amy's reaction. "I can barely close the incisions over those whoppers. But don't worry, your skin will stretch to accommodate them. We'll keep a close eye on you over the next few months. If all goes well, you'll be ready for another expansion!"

Amy could barely believe what she saw in the mirror. Her once flat chest now boasted a pair of huge, gravity-defying orbs. When she was finally allowed to remove her bandages, she spent hours in front of the mirror, alternately shocked and mesmerized by her distorted figure. She had never imagined she'd receive implants this large, let alone consider going bigger. But she found herself intrigued by how they might continue to transform her body.

Over the next few months, Amy's skin stretched to fit her massive new additions. The soreness faded, replaced by the constant firm pressure of their weight and size. She grew comfortable in her new shape, learning how to dress for her top-heavy figure and adjusting to the stares and comments of others. At her checkups, Dr. Stevens was thrilled with how well she was handling the 800cc implants. "I think you're ready for round two!" he announced.

Amy's heart raced at the thought of another expansion surgery. She had adjusted so well to her current figure, but could her body withstand going bigger? She realized with a mix of anxiety and excitement that she was eager to find out.

Six months after her first operation, Amy once again found herself on Dr. Stevens' operating table. This time, her skin's elasticity made inserting and placing the implants easier. Dr. Stevens had selected a pair of whopping 1100cc implants for this round, and he had to manipulate the pockets vigorously to fit the voluminous spheres inside. Finally, with a bit of effort he slid the huge implants into place, filling Amy's chest with their bulk. Her breasts rose even higher on her chest, swollen taut globes that strained her skin to its limits.

As Amy healed, she was astonished by her transformation. At 5'3" and 105 lbs, her petite frame seemed dwarfed by her enormous implants. They protruded from her chest like overinflated beach balls, measuring 36DDD and still as firm as the day of her surgery. When she saw herself on the season finale of Extreme Makeover, she barely recognized the buxom blonde vixen whose bust seemed to dominate every shot. Viewers were stunned by her radical transformation, and ratings skyrocketed. The gamble had paid off.

Flush with success, the producers approached Amy about doing an Extreme Makeover spinoff showcasing her continued augmentations. Each month, viewers would vote on how much to inflate her expanders, and Dr. Stevens would perform the fills on camera. Amy eagerly agreed - she was addicted to the thrill of expansion and the attention her sculpted figure brought.
