Jenny was the top newscaster at Channel 5 News. She had worked for years to claw her way to the top in the cutthroat world of broadcast journalism. Her reporting was sharp and hard-hitting, but despite her talent, the station executives were concerned that her looks weren't "glamorous" enough for the prime time slot. 

After weeks of heated arguments, Jenny's boss told her that if she wanted to keep her job, she would need to have breast augmentation surgery to boost her ratings. Jenny was outraged at the suggestion, but she knew this was a common demand for women in the industry. If she wanted to keep doing what she loved, she may have to make certain sacrifices.

Jenny scheduled a consultation with Dr. Stevens, the most renowned plastic surgeon in the city. She asked for a modest increase to 300cc, hoping to strike a balance between keeping her job and maintaining her dignity. However, when she woke from the anesthesia, she was shocked to discover Dr. Stevens had given her 600cc implants instead, citing a "clerical error."

Veronica, the top anchor at Channel 7, was first to follow suit. She scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stevens and demanded 1000cc implants, intent on outdoing Jenny. Dr. Stevens eagerly complied, stuffing Veronica's chest until her skin was shiny and taut. Veronica's new look was a sensation, but Jenny still had a slight edge in the ratings war.

Not to be outdone, the stars of Channels 3, 10 and 12 also went under the knife, each requesting larger implants than the last. Dr. Stevens was working overtime, and his waiting list grew exponentially. By the end of the year, every major newscaster in the city sported obviously fake breasts ranging from 1200cc up to 2000cc.

The news channels realized the hype surrounding their anchors' extreme makeovers was a ratings goldmine. They began to focus entire segments on their transformations, interviewing the news stars about their surgeries and showing before-and-after photos. The public couldn't get enough, and a reality show was soon developed to chronicle the "race to the biggest."

Jenny found herself at the center of the frenzy, constantly being pushed to go bigger in order to maintain her top spot. Despite the strain on her body, she had come to relish her status as the city's most popular and well-endowed newscaster. When Dr. Stevens offered her another free surgery, she eagerly accepted the opportunity to reach a new milestone - 3000cc implants, the largest yet achieved by any of her rivals.

The night of Jenny's big reveal, ratings spiked to an all-time high. As she delivered the evening news, her colossal breasts jutting out absurdly in front of her, fans went wild. Calls and emails poured in begging her to go even bigger. Jenny realized with delight that her quest for immense fake breasts had unleashed an unstoppable whirlwind of demand that would keep her at number one for years to come.
