More than just a pretty face

The nurse smiled as she inserted the needle into Sophia's right implant port. "Time for your fill, honey. The usual 250cc today?"

Sophia nodded, already anticipating the heaviness and fullness to come. After so many years of being praised only for her beauty, these thrice-yearly saline fills had become her secret obsession.

As the cool liquid flowed in, Sophia smiled at her reflection. Her 4,000cc implants looked obscenely fake and hard, just as she liked them.

"You're so gorgeous," the nurse gushed. "I bet you were stunning even before the surgeries!"

Sophia smiled wryly. Her old self seemed a lifetime away. Back then, she'd been just another pretty face - admired, but ultimately forgettable. It wasn't until she'd gotten her first set of expanders and started gaining worldwide fame that she realized her looks were the only thing giving her power.

And so, her quest to be the most eye-catching woman alive had begun.

"Well, that's another 250cc," the nurse said, removing the needle. "How's that feel?"

Sophia stood up slowly, adjusting to the new weight on her chest. Her back strained under the pressure, but she didn't care; every ounce of discomfort was worth the stares and gasps her preposterous figure elicited.

"It feels...perfect," Sophia breathed. She knew the praise and fame would only intensify from here. After so many years of living as a beautiful nobody, she was determined to let nothing stand in the way of her transformation into a plastic goddess.

With a final look at her now 4,250cc bust, Sophia smiled in satisfaction. The world thought they wanted just another pretty face. But she was going to give them something they'd never forget.
