2022-10-03 07:40:29 +0000 UTCbtw, Maine's hand wasn't malfunctioning, it was just an early symptom of him becoming cyberpsycho, he was loosing control of his cyberarm first instead of his mind. Dorio noticed that too (especially when he dropped the noodles) so she urge Maine to downgrade the cyberwares but ofcourse he didnt take it well and caused him to lash out on both Dorio and David. Its still a good cyberware for David to use. there's no problem with it, the issue is with Maine going craycray after years and years of stress from using so many heavy Cyberware.

2022-10-02 02:45:24 +0000 UTCCyberpsychosis isn't all that researched in the Cyberpunk world since there's no money in finding a cure no corporates are sinking money into it. When one shows up instead of incapacitating the psycho they just kill them. It is theorized to be caused by a ton of cyberware in one's body. The cyberware messes with nerves and the brain a lot so it messes up your mental state that's why they gave you pills to take to suppress the psychosis for as long as possible.

2022-10-01 17:38:13 +0000 UTCJust wanted to give some extra info on the MaxTac. I feel like the show does a good job of hinting they're pretty scary but doesn't go more than that. MaxTac is basically the NCPD special forces and their main goal is to deal with cyberpsycho incidents which are the most dangerous. One of the reasons they're so scary is that most officers in the unit are basically on the verge of becoming cyberpsychos themsevles. Also their main methodology is shoot to kill. They're not trying to capture you, they eliminate you. So if you're about to go against them you'd just assume you're dead. This makes it even more powerful that David wanted to stay behind with Maine and fight them off.
