So Nezuko was 12 when she turned into a demon, and is 14 in this arc. I think it's reasonable for her chest to get bigger if she physically matures her body to the 20's or 30's range. Literally a child.

(That's a wierd sentece) Want I mean by that is that we see her de-ageing to an elementary school student to fit in the box all the time. So turing into a late 20s adult, seams to be just the opposite of that i guess. Since thats the peak of humans physical performance, it seams fit to do that for fighting. The boobs probably have another practical effect besides fanservice (in that matter I side with carsons opinion). With the boob size you have an visual indicator for the viewer to easy distinguish her states of age-transformation beside body hight (which needs the surrounding to give context to be seen and doesn`t work in every setting). Also in Nezukos mind she sees the people as the smaller children she protects. Since her strongest emotion seams to fulfill this idealised motherly role archetype, it could be that that's the reason she gets alot more female when she transforms herselfe. ..., but probably it's just for fanservice
