The only legal way to do it is to go to Japan and buy them, they will be in Japanese. I tried to find myself, but the only way I found is watching them on illegal sites.

2020-07-31 20:52:01 +0000 UTCLevi backstory is "No Regrets" OVA. It is good and you should watch it inbetween seasons 1 and 2. You should also watch "Ilse's notebook" OVA after that. It tells about one older Survey Corps expedition (Levi, Hange and Erwin) and it's somewhat important for the overall story. And the cocky survey corps guy is supposed to be annoying "know-it-all" comedic relief so don't take it too seriously.
