Didn't it seem weird to you that when Diavolo crushed the scorpion the damage didn't reflect back to him ? Well that's because in the manga Diavolo doesn't crush the scoprion, he just get's it off. David Production are really good but sometimes they omitte some things, add others or even change them slightly. Some of the "Araki forgot" moments are because of DP :P

Giorno has now become the strongest JoJo character in all 8 parts, he controls reality itself. As of part 8 no one comes close to giorno in terms of stand power and abilities.
He also happens to be the son of a time stopping vampire and the son of Jonathan. All hail Giorno and his god stand.

I am appreciating part 5 a lot more rewatching it here, its still not my favorite part, but its definitely gone up seeing someone else's POV.

Bro, it's DE-AH-VO-LO, as they literally keep saying clearly in the anime.

The ability of Golden Experience Requiem is to remove effect from cause. So if you are a gamer its pretty much a nullifier or a silence in a way that he can negate effects from anything (not just abilities, reality itself). There is literally no stand or ability in all jojo's thats more overpowered or crazy as this one, cause in a way while the stand might not control reality he can control whats NOT reality. *flies away*

Diavolo has been using he's stand to stay one step ahead. Never needing to ever become something more. Never needing to ever evolve. GER's power is very vague in it's results for every stand but. In the case of Crimson, showed Diavolo the truth that he never evolved. He never moved at all.

Basically GER works by removing the effect from the cause and "returning everything to zero" on in essence it can nullify anything and ability by pretty much never letting its effect activate. So he can stop anything pretty much and yeah its not time he is affecting all of reality.

Since you are going to make a new video of jojo op reaction you should know that there are eastereggs for example in op 3 at the beginning they show you 5 shooting stars that represent the first 5 crusaders and when they are disappearing there appears one more representing Iggy

Explanation of what happened at the end:
GER can just be like “oh your tried to attack me? Nah I don’t think you did” cannot be attacked directly and probably indirectly too and it’s the most OP stand in all the anime

So Chariot Requiem is the "Shadow of your soul", and to eliminate it entirely you have do destroy your soul, as the light would be gone and the shadow would vanish. Diavolo partially destroyed his soul, crippling Chariot Requiem, but Bucciarati sacrificed himself and completely destroyed his soul, making the shadow of his soul, Chariot Requiem, die. This is my interpretation of the events at least. Also, fun fact, I've heard that its called Chariot Requiem because its an incomplete requiem, just like Mozart's incomplete requiem that he was writing at the end of his life, where he died before he could complete it. Also, CR takes design insight from the man who supposedly commissioned this song for Mozart, that some believed to have been Death (I think, could be wrong on this tho lol), mocking his humanity and fragility.

Your question was answered in the episode but i'll say it anyways, Bruno said Diavolo didn't actually destroy the light behind his head. He just damaged it enough for him to get the arrow.

Hey, I you want any explanations about how different parts of this arc work, I would check out this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXPziHbmOEs. It's a great analysis of the whole of part 5. If you start at 46:29, you can get an explanation on how Chariot Requiem dies, and then he explains why the Rolling Stones arc is important at 1:01:48. There are timestamps in the description.

I love how from the intros as it gets closer to the end of a part ruff sounds more and more like he’s on crack

There is still blood in Bucciarati's body, just not very much, he actually had quite little blood coming out of him when Doppio died. So DP just made it look like there was a lot.
