Discipline WIP
Added 2021-02-16 00:23:50 +0000 UTCI made this mostly to have something to post, while the client doesn't respond. Sometimes I get clients that respond whenever they feel like it, and have a schedule to fill at the same time is very daunting.
Speaking of, this process is very interesting, since it's very chaotic, you need to trust your instincts most of all to bring the painting to render completion, and I hate it because of that XD.
It can be very fun to do, but there's no process to rely on, but still, it's freeing to be able to change anything on the fly. It's basically doing the sketch, then rendering from start to finish. the reason it's very fast, it's because you can be rough as you like, and play around, the pic still makes progress. But the end product can have roughness and holes without you noticing, that's why I kinda hate it.
Here I start doing gray scale, then I apply gradient maps to block out the major color, the blocking the smaller ones with HSL or Color balance. After that, it's just a matter of render, render and render.
