Notice some strange anatomy going on on the arms and leg, found a nice ref for the pose, without it things would be a lot harder. The lightning and BG too were taken fromm ref. I went for a Gamer vibe with the lights and the plushies, not a lot in there to hide the character, it's still all about her, so that's where mmost of the effort went to for this sketch.
