Wait, did Muichiro's amnesia rub off on the author? It didn't take long to forget that Tanjiro's eardrums burst in the previous episode. I was impressed by the continuity at first, as Tanjiro was unable to hear anything when the episode started. Or, at least, that's the impression I got when Tanjiro kept reacting to Kanroji's movement and battle technique instead of reacting to her dialogue as Nezuko did. But then, the story gave us Kanroji's flashback, and when we returned to present day present time, Tanjiro had functioning ears again.
