The discussion was so great. I adore Tohru and I love that you're seeing how fleshed out her character is. All the characterizations of the common shounen/seinen anime waifu (ditzy, childlike, a saviour of the mc without much substance herself) is definitely a point of discussion/gripe within the shoujo fan community. There's so many great shoujos that really highlight the female perspective but don't get nearly as much attention/hype as battle shounens which is so sad as a shoujo fan haha. You guys should check out My Happy Marriage, even without a reaction to it. It's a great new shoujo that's airing right now.

Her story is one of my favourite character growths ive ever seen in anime, this show only gets better from here on out and i cant wait for your future reactions!
