Watching One Piece for the first time alongside you guys and your observations have been so enjoyable, especially Carson's thoughts on Kuro's more believable two sides and Lindsay's about Kuro's little glasses habit this time around. I don't usually comment but just want to say this has been really fun so far.Also loving this arc way more than the live action, and I already really enjoyed it.

While the series eventually makes this evident, Lindsay's early recognition of it was quite an impressive discovery. Another noteworthy point raised by you guys is the manipulative and malevolent nature of Kuro. It's essential to highlight the shift in Luffy's behavior during this arc – he initially acted in a carefree, childlike manner. However, as soon as Kuro transformed from a mere cruel butler into a manipulative "captain," Luffy's demeanor became more serious because Kuro's actions began to hit close to home for him.

Very true, it gives a whole different purpose and identity to zoro's character were as in the live action it just feels like its awkwardly placed. Also the different schools of combat in one piece have various styles that are part of the mechanics of the series and its great that you understand how important this is in the series. A lot of things the live action just kind of glosses over. I am so excited to see how you break down all this stuff in the later series.

2023-10-22 09:14:01 +0000 UTCNot to my knowledge. They film uncuts and post it for their highest tier patrons. They then send the uncuts to their editor who edits them. They allow a week buffer and the 2nd highest tier patrons get the edits 1 week ahead of regular youtube.
