(W.I.P UPDT/ Half Flats) Magical girls TG commission

managed to get all the vfx out of the way and almost got the inks too but the power went out (funny! i somehow thought that being out of my house, i would not experience another power out).
the colours on the not sailor (still have to thing a name for their scuat and identities) are a place holder. still missing one pannel and the bg for said pannel.
