2023-12-29 18:48:06 +0000 UTCAs far as I understood (I didn't read the manga so this is just a theory), I imagine Tengen-sama's barriers as a sort of greenhouse. The cursed energy doesn't leave Japan, so it accumulates there, which is why there are more curses and sorcerers.

Loved the after discussion as well. Yuki is definitely the wild card here though. We haven't been kept up to date in any regard as to what shes been doing and where and with who. I'll be curious to see what role she plays.

The dude watched geto's fall unfold and took almost no action as a teacher. Maybe he couldn't do much at the time and had to abide by the orders of the higher-ups of the jujutsu society. Still, i was always baffled by the absence of a mental support system within the institution. Leaving these teenagers/special-grade sorcerers (basically walking nukes) alone with their thoughts and mentally unchecked after the disaster that the Star Plasma Vessel mission turned out to be. Oh surprise, one of them acted upon his new & twisted set of beliefs and turned into a mass murderer : "I also don't understand what's going on" says Yaga. He then lets Gojo, aka his best friend, carry out the death sentence that befell the latter. And asks Gojo afterwards why he failed to go after him ?? so crazy to me. Although he clearlly expressed regret over his handling of the situation at the end of episode 21 in season 1 so there's that. Also loved the ost playing during the notice at the end, very creepy and unsettling

Shows that with even the strongest of human sorcerers, no one can escape death unless you're Tengen. Also yuji is special, unlike other people he can voluntarily suppress Sukuna, even Gojo was suprised in episode 2 of season 1.
