Honestly, I have a feeling one of our reactors knows the spoiler already but is keeping it under wraps so the other reactor can have a genuine reaction to it. Won't say more than this though, and I could be wrong. :)

I guess the reason Igaram is alive is the same reason Miss All Sunday saved Luffy and spared Pell, all of her interventions appear to be lethal on the surface until a few episodes later when she does so much in contradiction to her words. I'm not sure, but is this the second or the third mention of "D"? But then again, it might just be like Lindsay said, it's the will of "Dying" young lmao.
