I couldn't get the edit done tonight, so I'm making episode 3 Uncut temporarily available for $5 tier patrons. I REALLY don't like doing this cause it devalues the $10 tier member's contributions, but I figured since the $10 tiers are getting ep 5 early, Its not that big a deal. And its better than the $5 tier members getting nothing at all for yet another day.
Sorry about this, I could stay up and push through the edit, but pushing myself always leads to more delays and more screw ups.

It's so nice to see how cosequent the character writing is. When the characters are pushed they stay absolut in there character. We see that in Vi at the end, she is a fighter. That's why she when she is overwhelmed her default solution is to punsh, that's why she hits powder before she realises whats happening. Mirrowing her father she has his fighting but not his leader skills, so she punshes her cause there is nothing else in her toolset. Even if what happends is the result of her decission to leave powder behind knowing that it's her greatest fear to be abandoned. And than make the same mistake a second time by leaving her behind after there fight. And all that is because Vi is a sister and not a parent, what powder really needed.

It's so amazing what this show creats with non-verbal story telling, especially in the last moment with silco and powder. How you see this man ,that just sacreficed his brother for the cause he belives in, is just about to murder a child to finish it. And than you see how he sees him self and his trauma of being betrait by his brother in that child and goes against his plan and let's someone close.

They had their escape route, they had just gotten all the locks off of Vander and the door was keeping the monster dude at bay. But you also never know what could have happened right after that so you're right that it could have not turned out perfectly. I think it is clear that it wouldn't have gone as disastrously as it did because of Powders bomb though. All of this to say Powder obviously didn't have perfect or even any real information to work from so I'm not putting any fault on her, it just adds to the tragedy and compounds her "Jinx" moniker

It's funny how I started watching League reactions some years ago and when covid came around and my nightshifts became more boring I started watching other game and even anime reactions and since I watch on your OP channel my first recommendation on YT today was your main channel with Arcane. I guess it's time to watch my 50th Arcane reaction now :) As others have mentioned I'd also be interested in League cinematic/champion/music reactions after you finished the show but as you talked about "good direction" this episode I'd also like to recommend "Bridging the Rift". It's a 5-episode behind the scenes series on YT for Arcane and that documentary if you wanna call it that is just as exciting as the show itself.
