So I'll just add that I remember reading that it's how Oda refers to New Year's day, using body language of double finger, which is how he chose the name. Since the agents are meant to be ranked from best day to worst day of the year, I guess New Year combined with his birthday makes that one of the best days for him (after all the Sundays of the year it seems). It's worth noting that Mr 2 has both a number and a holiday. His is the end of the Bon festival which is about honoring the spirits of one's ancestors.
