Crocodile is such a troll and it really plays into his demeanor as a casino owner.

Also speaking about Chaka's and Pell's devil fruits, it was stayted that they are "guardian spirits" of Arabasta, which could actually mean that this devil fruits belong to Arabasta nation.

2024-02-04 03:36:32 +0000 UTCWith Crocodile's contingency plans, at least to me, are a reflection of the kind of evil he relates to. He actively takes pride in having his enemies die struggling for hope, and with him owning a casino the concept of acting as if things aren't completely stacked on his side is a game he's experienced playing. A lot of reactors are just kind of in awe of of what goes down in One Piece but I gotta say you two really catch on to concepts of how things have been prepared and decent theorizing on how things work going forward. In general you review the scope of things with your after episode discussion that others save for like, entirely seperate podcast like discussion, it's a great viewing experience even without edits. Too bad you're hundreds of episodes away from some of your answers :P. I feel other shows would put more exposition in the fantasy concepts that One Piece goes through, but in this you just have to get to the point where the relevance comes in contact with the crew. On top of that it gives you missconceptions, you didn't even know roger's real name till something like 30 episodes ago.
