I will say things that I know when they happen, but this reaction series is not just for Lindsay. And I haven’t been “engulfed in the anime community” for most of my life. I wasn’t really involved in anime until I was well into adulthood. I promise I don’t actually know that much about one piece. You’re obviously allowed to prefer Lindsay (I also prefer her lol) but it’s not fair to discount me for no reason

He's been engulfed in the anime community most of his life so of course that comes with heaps of knowledge about One Piece even if he hasn't watched it episode by episode yet. You can bet he already knows the entire straw hat crew, what all the antagonists and future major pirates look like, arc names, etc. This reaction series is mostly for Lindsay.

Really glad you guys were on the point on why Luffy did not take them on. Also one of my favorite random moments in the series, Luffy being all chill until he starts completing with the pie dude over nothing lmao.

Oda's writing is some times just poetic and you don't want to miss it. Bellemy: Listen up, The age were pirates dream, is OVER! The City of Gold?, The Emerald City?, the great Treasure, One piece!? Fools with their eyes on dream treasures don't notice the REAL treasure all around them! In this era of the sea, the very men who are to cross it all, die chasing after illusions like those. And what do they say about those men? "He always lived happily for the sake of his dream!" gahaha, the Words of a loser! Looking at Dream-chasing idiots like you really pisses me off and makes my stomach turn!

2024-02-19 04:52:28 +0000 UTCYeah luffy's current bounty is 100 million berries, but the rest of the world and even the straw hats are not even aware of there increase because its only just been made known to the seat of the highest authority of the WG and the navi. I like the nuance to that detail, that other wise could just be a copy paste situation where the entire world suddenly has knowledge of his 100 mill incrase, but oda likes to keep things more realistic in how things are presented. You will see alot of this in the story moving forward.
