In the end we see that Silco was her parent and what he said was true. Vi had no idea who Jinx was anymore, in the end she makes her think of all the people that died and the deaths that cause her trauma thinking this would calm her. Silco knows that what she is doing is torturing her, that's way he trys to kill Vi, becase she makes Jinx suffer. And even after she jinxed again when she killed him he didn't blame her but tells her that she is perfect. He loved her unconditionaly, for what she is - Jinx. Vi cloud never do that, even when she was the one who put her on that way. "What makes you different makes you strong", but she couldn't stand on her side now that she is "different".

Powder needed Vi to scare away the monster that was Cait, but the second that she completly become Jinx she isn't scared anymore, because cait is no threat to her anymore. Since she parted ways with Vi she doesn't fear being replaced.
