2024-06-27 01:27:10 +0000 UTCHow Lindsey interpreted it is the correct understanding of it. Pluton was made before, but as a countermeasure, the blueprints was passed down just in case as a counter if the already built Pluton is taken by the World Government.

2024-06-12 21:44:48 +0000 UTCFrom this point forward, One Piece will be loaded with lore...get ready you guys. One Piece goes into a higher plateau starting this arc. I'm so glad I subbed, these two are the best reactors in the business...actually digesting what they watch, honest, and are very good in discussion.

2024-06-12 21:30:30 +0000 UTCI just watched your reactions to CSM and Arcane. So glad I randomly stumbled upon your channel. Love Carson analysis but man the amount of time Lindsay makes correct predictions out of nowhere and just her grasp on where a story is going is insane ๐ฑ

2024-06-12 21:28:05 +0000 UTCYeah the Arabasta poneglyph had Pluton's location & the Skypiea poneglyph Poseidon's location

2024-06-12 07:40:34 +0000 UTCTheorizing is the best part of One Piece, W end discussion! Also, one thing to keep in mind is the interesting dichotomy of the World Government wanting to keep Robin alive, so they can potentially use her to retrieve the Ancient Weapons by making her decipher Poneglyphs, while at the same time they have made it illegal to research these stones (of which a few โ the Real/Rio Poneglyphs โ hold the "true history", as Robin told Cobra in the ruins). "Hold the truth in your heart, keep your mouth silent. We are the ones who weave history with the reverberations of the Great Bell" (Skypiea poneglyph)

2024-06-12 05:03:48 +0000 UTCI think both skypea and alabasta were locations

2024-06-12 03:43:12 +0000 UTCThe Usopp v Luffy fight and the CP9 reveal I've wanted to see your reactions for so long. There are numerous other moments in this saga that I can't wait for you guys to get to. East Blue & Alabasta were very very good, Skypieia was a step back (imo) but the Water 7 saga onward is where peak One Piece lives.

2024-06-12 02:58:50 +0000 UTCI herby report Carson to the Hydrohomie council I love this reveal man, the arc hasn't even started that long ago and it still had such a great buildup in a very short time, and what a drop that was. That mf Kaku standing amongst them made this a top 10 Anime betrayals for me man, he was sooo good, smh.

2024-06-12 01:27:27 +0000 UTCGreat fun analysis at the end, loving your theories!

2024-06-12 00:52:45 +0000 UTCHere is a different Translation thats a bit more closer to the japanese:: [[Iceberg: I have the plans to the ancient weapon, Pluton! Nico Robin: The weapon's blueprints!? Iceberg: Pluton was a battleship constructed on this very island in ancient times. Fearing he had created too powerful a weapon, Its engineer decided that a countermeasure must exist in case it was ever misused. Therefore, its blueprints have been handed down through the ages, from generation to generation. Tom, the man who entrusted me with the blueprints, had concerns about a certain little girl. The sole survivor of the Ohara Incident twenty years ago. Despite her young age, she was said to be a dangerous child who held the same views as the ohara demons. That is why, in accordance with that ancient designer's beleifs....I have a responsibility to stop you! Now that the government suspects the blueprints exist, I know that they are better off being burned. ]] Also crocodile didn't know the identity of the ancient weapon as a battleship, he just knew that it held destructive power, capable of destroying an entire island.

2024-06-12 00:27:02 +0000 UTCSo yeah obviously without spoiling anything at some point pluton got built and the engineer that created it saved the blue prints and passed it down so if need be another pluton could be created in order to stop the first. So basically iceberg is Mutually assured destruction as long as he has the blue prints he can counter an ancient weapon likely resulting in the end of the world which would make finding and trying to use a ancient weapon pointless as you couldn't use them without causing iceberg to use his and yeah mutually assured destruction. That's why he wants to kill Robin and stop her from doing what she's doing because she's seems to be the key to getting your hands on one of these weapons and if she does Iceberg will be forced to create pluton and basically cause the end of the world.

2024-06-12 00:25:45 +0000 UTCYes this is the first time you get the details that the weapon is an actual battleship.

2024-06-11 23:49:10 +0000 UTCCarson hoping at last episode that it was something worth to sacrifice even the entire nation of Water 7... Oda: More than that! Satisfying shirt missed it lol

2024-06-11 23:32:50 +0000 UTCHow I'm I initiating something. People should have the mental capacity to know not to mention spoilers. It's not like if this is their first time watching a reaction video.

2024-06-11 23:16:27 +0000 UTCI actually didn't believe that characters with great design could be killed off-screen, so I kinda though that CP9 shoould be Lucci and Kaku or related. Anyway, love your thoughts and discussion about Pluton. I wouldn't confirm anything tho ahaha, but still I see that you actually enjoy this anime and story.

2024-06-11 23:15:33 +0000 UTCplease restrain initiating something that will spoil boldcast, it's more interesting to watch them totally unsullied

2024-06-11 22:01:02 +0000 UTCYou guys are on point that pluton is already built and there's a type of poneglyph (mentioned in skypiea) that just gives instruction/clues of its location, that's why Robin is a threat because she can retrieve it. Blueprints were kept to counter it. As far as I know, there's no subtitle translation error in that scene.
josephocenada
2024-06-11 21:54:48 +0000 UTCBasically Pluton already exists, and some of the Poneglyphs tell you how to find it. The Blueprints of the ship were made and passed down through generations so that if Pluton was ever used maliciously, they could make their own version to counteract Pluton. Someone correct me if I got anything wrong.
Will.Har310
2024-06-11 21:53:34 +0000 UTCPoneglyphs are not the blueprints for the ancient weapons, they only talks about them as pluton already has been created and hiding somewhere in the world
AJ
2024-06-11 21:51:55 +0000 UTCOh than I missremebered that but my main point was the military might for croc and that it can destroy islands with one shot.

2024-06-11 21:41:54 +0000 UTCIt's pretty late where i am and i want to see the next reaction (I will skip some of the discussion for now) so this might help with some confusion if there still is any, Long ago Pluton gets built and blueprints are created. On the Ponegliffs it sais where the already built Pluton is and the shipwrights kept the blueprints to build another one if the first one is found and used for evil.
Dzenis
2024-06-11 21:30:10 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure he said battleship and like you guys mentioned he wanted military might
Dzenis
2024-06-11 21:27:29 +0000 UTCI remember him talking about it being a weapon that can destroy an island, but I don't recall him mentioning a boat at the time
BOLDcast
2024-06-11 21:25:59 +0000 UTCCrocodile knew it was a boat and according to him it can destroy an entire island with one shot. Just as a refresher.
