2024-06-28 12:01:04 +0000 UTCYou are right that she had the old Clima-Tact back in the mansion (and 3 episodes ago, when they asked for a boat/train, as well) and it's in the manga too. It's just 2 different weapons. Usopp upgraded the weapons design, not the weapon itself. Could have been introduced smoother but Nami presumably picked up the new Clima-Tact at the hotel, when she left to prepare for the raid (get the cart of meat for Luffy and fashionable outfits for everyone). However yes the power ups, especially in the anime, can at times seem out of nowhere, while in the manga you would at least have seen Usopp working on early stages of the Clima-Tact in the cover illustration at the beginning of chapters long before its introduction *in* the story.

Also in the coming episodes you will come to understand two very important facts first the island of snipers is in your heart second Oda is a character design JUGGERNAUT. Like he’s always been good with the villains crocodile and enel stand out a lot but as the story goes on he gets better and better and it’s a treat to watch.
