I don't know if you guys were told about Oda's SBS segment, but he reveals a lot of miscellaneous information in some Q&A a couple times per manga volume. There he showed Chopper's devil fruit which looks like a mushroom.

2024-07-06 09:37:05 +0000 UTCThe way Chapa describes the numbers he gives for their "power level" always made me think that he was describing their 6 powers mastery and not necessarily their actual "power level". When you think of it that way it takes away the whole power scaling element to it and really just shows their relative skill, essentially who among them is the strongest. We already assumed that Lucci was the strongest but it shows in relation to the others just how overwhelmingly skilled he is as a combatant. Everything you said also plays a huge role in why it was used in the first place, but I think its nice that it can also be seen as, not a tool to be used to compare characters outside of CP9
