Scrubbing the floor or cleaning under the couch would have you on all fours for example. Maybe run another poll to vote on the favorite style.

This is how it actually happened? And how did you find your yoga style? I see a lot of yoga and each one has its own essence. How did you understand that these movements, these poses, these exercises suit you best?
