Oh I wasn't thinking that it could be implying things my bad. Want me to delete my comment?

I haven't watched the series past this point but this feels spoilery, almost like you're implying that he's purposefully saying bad stuff to make a bad impression, which wasn't something I was thinking about

Also fun fact (I read the LN like a week ago so I'm taking this from my memory): When Lakan was talking about the woman with the death glare and Jinshi was thinking about Maomao, Lakan had basically said "It takes one to know one, eh?" implying that Lakan 100% clocked Jinshi as someone who has the same... proclivities as him xD (instead of just the audience clocking it, as Jinshi thought of Maomao while Lakan spoke about the woman)

Some more context for a specific phrase Lakan used in this episode.
Lakan says 押し倒す which the translators translated as "force myself on" which can be correct, however 押し倒す has multiple meanings,
押し倒す (force myself on) can mean to pin down, to knock down, to push (and hold) someone down (esp. with sexual connotations)
This is also compounded with the fact that for this scene in the light novel he says:
”Ah, what I wouldn’t have given to take her to bed!”
instead of the anime translation:
"Ah, how I wanted to try and force myself on her one day"
