I love seeing Hancock just pop off like that. Especially since back in Amazon Lily you were talking about how you thought she might not be that strong of a fighter and it was just her fruit. Nah, she earned that position. And as for Sengoku it was shown he was the Admiral who authorized the Buster Call in Robin's flashback so he is definitly strong. And considering Garp is still whooping people it's safe to assume Sengoku can still run with the big boys.

On one hand it's really cool to finally see all the Warlords flex a little, on the other hand it's mostly at the expense of poor Oars Jr who just wants to save his buddy Ace. At least Hancock and Mihawk were decent enough to leave him be.

This is the most efficient emotional manipulation I’ve ever seen an author do; Oda introduces, makes you love and then brutally murders a character all in like 30 minutes. Watching oars get nuked by Kuma genuinely made me more upset than some main character deaths in other series.
