Only if she wanted to reveal her biological gender to all, unless she made an excuse, which Keith would oppose, that keith fantasizes about Natani being female. No way she could get them involved without suspicions being aroused, or Eric for that matter.

I'm glad serpentfrog made this suggestion, this was my favorite of the sketches last stream for sure.
