The only words he could get out when Sanji found him were "Nothing happened" which he used to communicate his desire for what happened there to not be mentioned. It would probably be good overall for everyone to know what Zoro did for them, but Zoro himself doesn't want them to know and so Sanji respected that.

Also the dance Chopper was doing was first done by Yosaku I think, at Arlong Park, and they've done it ever since. The boys taught it to Chopper after he joined, how to party like a real pirate!!
