What I've done is worked up a library of high priority, low priority (usually as place holders if I've had a recent sketch picked), historical events, and completed suggestions in my notes app. With ones that are related listed in the same note (e.g. Natani's Laborsome Experience : Keith Crush, and PainShare 1-3). I have about 22 of em.
