While some people may object and say that Natani is a "man" because that's what she identifies as, Kat has tried pushing Natani to embrace her feminine side more, so it's obvious that Kat sees Natani as female. Also she was bred as, and presumably has been used as a sex slave by Eric's brother, so that might have some bearing on her sexuality too.
