It matters because Youngtani is implying explicit behavior would happen, and based on that last page (OMG! This might have been Natani’s dream “Last Night”!), Natani isn’t yet ready to upgrade to a sexual relationship any time soon. From an (unqualified) psychoanalytical perspective, Natani probably sees coitus in any form as being dominated by the male, and since Natani’s going through an adjustment to accept biology more, there’s still that “I’m a guy, so I should be the Alpha Male” mentality going on pretty hard core, even if certain aspects of said mindset aren’t quite accurate, and Natani will likely sort out/accept/reject over time, however, only time will tell. Well… There’s my $5.97 worth for the evening…
