Added 2025-06-20 16:02:49 +0000 UTCi am so lost as to why people were overhating on this one! but maybe i should be glad that i heard those, bc it set my expectation so low and i really quite enjoyed this! haha - definitely silly with the aliens and nuked fridge but still so adventurous and fun with great action AND acting! can't complain :) What do you think?

I have no problem with you doing what you need to do to take care of your self and the little one. Indy says defiantly says “I Like Ike” which was Dwight D Eisenhower’s campaign slogan during his successful 1952 presidential campaign. There was also a tv ad that was animated by Disney. They had it printed on buttons and bumper stickers. The remains were from the Roswell incident in 1947. Sean Connery was asked to return but he said retirement was “ to damn fun”. The kid that asks Indy a question in the library is Tom Hanks’ son Chet Hanks. I actually kinda liked it, because it pays tribute to the science fiction films of the 1950’s which are some of my favorite movies. Here are some of my favorites: The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms(1953), Them!(1954), It! The Terror Beyond Space(1957), Attack of the 50ft Woman(1958), Forbidden Planet(1956), the Thing from Another World (1951),Killer Shrew (1959). Here are some others: Clash of the Titans( 1981, another Harryhausen film) the Last Dinosaur(1977), Night of the Living Dead(1968, this one is public domain), Return of the Living Dead(1985), Mothra(1961)
