Hello everyone / recent updates

I haven’t addressed everyone in a while so I decided to do a little update to catch everyone up.

I haven’t been posting as much content lately which I want to apologise for, I have had a lot going on in my personal life and due to health reasons I have had to cut back on bulking so I haven’t had much updates to show and generally just didn’t feel very impressive if I’m honest. As of now I may not be returning to bulking until around Autumn or Winter time. I’ve had to make a few adjustments in my life and while there were difficult times in the beginning I am finally getting to a place where I am feeling good in my own skin again and I intend on posting more content soon to share the love.

I am currently down to approximately 248lbs, my belly might not be as big but it is very much still there. I am still gaining muscle so for anyone interested in that I will post those progress pix too, I would love your feedback. I also have tonnes of older un-posted pix of me at the height of my bulking over the years which I intend to post from time to time for fun, and even though I am not in a bulking phase I still very much enjoy my cheat days and like to get stuffed every now and then. Lately it doesn’t take much to get me into a massively bloated state, just one beer too many or extra slice of pizza or cake and I’m looking feeling like I’m ready to pop. So there is still some fun to be had 😌😉

Finally I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again because it is still true - l feel like I am only at the beginning of my growth journey, I’m learning more about it and the relationship with my own body every single day. The best is yet to come, so watch this space 😊
