Character of the month Rule Book

STAGES
#1Character nomination phase: the nomination of characters will be made by the Moorp tier , of all the nominations I will select 5 of these characters (this is just for the moment, mostly because time management, in the future it may change)
#2 pool phase , through voting the winning character will be decided, 1 vote per member of meep & moorp tier (In case of a tie or any contingency that arises, I will be in charge of presenting the winning character or characters), Here is a question for you, would you like that people outside the tiers vote for the character of the month?
#3 sketch phase : Moorp tier members will propose situations that the character of the month will face (conditions, one entry per person, the character will be the protagonist + you have a maximum of 1 or 2 complements as an anonymous character or object this rule is flexible. Genres such as gore, scat, etc. will not be considered, I will combine these proposals and I will create 3 rough sketches
#4 final pic
last pool by vote we will choose 1 of these sketches and I will do my thing and create a complete image

Also, as much as I don't mind which character really gets selected I wouldn't be opposed if a month or two the character we suggest has to be based on a theme of sorts. Like "Android/Robot" or "Video Game character." You don't have to do that tho, just figured it might be a nice change of pace if necessary.
