This Painted Lady shoot was one of my favorites. Shot in my favorite place Tokyo, Japan! My friend Gak, legendary bike builder let me pick my favorite bike to shoot (extremely hard) because he has like 100 of the baddest choppers. We were able to make some space in his shop to do the shoot.

It was almost impossible to find a model during that trip. I hired a model who's in the adult industry. Ladies don't take their top off like they do in America haha! I found Ai though a friend of a friend. She took a 3hr bullet train to Tokyo.

The whole shoot was super exciting. There were a few shop visitors that got to peek in and see the process. Not everyday in Japan you see a women painting another women and then shooing her on a chopper. Everyone was all smiles.

Ai is an amazing dancer. She knew very little English. She didn't need any direction, just moved so fluidly and had great energy. I think it really shows in the photos. It was a beautiful experience and I can't wait to be able to travel back there and shoot more Painted Ladies <3
