In the next time they see you and start to salivate, you can see it as a clear sight that they likes you.

My goodness, I love how you got the idea! It`s like you can expand it! Yeah, taste is not the most important, since it`s not a vore. But how the tiny reacts, which would stimilate her tastebuds and so. And the kind of relationship that both have. I would add that in this world, even if it`s your first meet, or like, someone is presenting you a friend, she would put you in her mouth too. Not before say "hello" and take a good look at you! =D

It seems this fellow is very well liked and the image makes me think of these giantess's culture and how different standards of attraction could have developed. Perhaps for these women the man's taste is a major aspect of attraction or it's not so much his flavor but how he responds to being inside of her mouth.
